Pedro Sousa

Co-Founder and CEO

Responsible in charge of total management of Operative Mind Company. Business development and innovating on marketing and advertising tools and new applications.

Pedro graduated in Cinema from Universidade Lusófona, Lisbon. He was the director of the most viewed short film in Portugal with theatrical release – Fatal.

He is also a web enthusiast since 1995 and has several courses in programming and design for internet.

João Dias Sousa

Co-Founder and CFO

Responsible for financial strategies, accounting and operations areas with growth-oriented company investments.

Prior to co-found Operative Mind he was a consultant at Deloitte and Nova Base.

João graduated in Informatics and Computer Science Engineering at Instituto Superior Tecnico (IST, Lisbon), postgraduate in Finances in ISCTE and has a MBF from Universidade Catolica.

Bruno Sousa

CTO

Responsible for the scientific and technical issues of all products and market possibilities.

Prior to Operative Mind he was a Senior Consultant at Indra and Deloitte and IT Director of Sporting Club de Portugal.

Bruno is graduated in Informatics and Computer Science Engineering at Instituto Superior Tecnico (IST, Lisbon), postgraduated in Business from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão.

João Graça

Chief Technical Officer

Responsible for the implementation of all software, User Experience, Artificial Intelligence and Demand Hosting.

João, graduated in Informatics and Computer Science Engineering at Instituto Superior Tecnico (IST, Lisbon), with a Masters Degree in Informatics and Computer Science Engineering in 2006, also from IST, on artificial intelligence.

He is currently a phD studant in IST and UPENN.
